Return and Warranty Policy

1. Warranty for new products

All new products sold by our company are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The duration and conditions of this warranty vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the documents provided with the product for more information or contact us with any questions.

 

2. Refurbished Product Warranty

Refurbished devices are covered by a 1 year warranty following the date of purchase. This warranty covers any malfunction that does not result from misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.

 

3. Warranty on services and repairs

We offer a 90-day (3 month) warranty on all our interventions, whether for on-site support, remote support or repairs carried out. This warranty only applies to services rendered and covers problems directly related to the initial intervention. Any new breakdown or problem not related to our initial work will not be covered by this warranty.

 

4. Product Return Policy

  • New products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refurbished devices are also eligible for return within 30 days, under the same conditions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

 

5. How to submit a warranty or return request

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
